Tutor privacy agreement

As part of working with Exeter Tutors, you will be given personal details about the Children with whom you are working and contact details for their parents.

You must keep this information secure in-line with the Exeter Tutors’ Privacy Policy.

The data we get from Parents and Students are as follows:

Personal details:

Parent/Carer:

• Name
• Address
• Phone number
• Email address

Students:

• Name
• DOB
• Current school
• Medical conditions / dietary requirements
• Courses, subjects studied & qualifications
• Results from exams and mock exams
• Information relating to progress during lessons

You must not share any of this data with any other parties in any form electronic, written or verbal without first getting permission from a Director at Exeter Tutors.

Communications to parents made by email, must be done on the Exeter Tutors email address that you have been given.

Communications made by text must be deleted once you have stopped working with that student.

You must not use any other method to communicate with Parents or Students.

Communication between you and Exeter Tutors can be made by email or phonecall. Please do not use other methods. We are going to review internal communication methods for September 2018.
